sendmail questions

Was wondering if anybody has tried to instal berkeley sendmail version
8.8.7 onto DEC Unix running C2? If so, is there anything I should add to
CFLAGS or the like or do I need to change the cfg file (basically, do I
need to look out for anything)? Any help you could give will be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
