moprc?

        System: DEC 3000/600 (like it matters...)

        Avoiding the obvious "why?", can someone please tell
        what the source of the following packets is? This
        system has no DECnet or LAT, plus the periodicity
        seems a little odd. I'm assuming that I'm missing
        something right under my nose...
