crash during boot and ARC -> SRM

        1) Trying to install Digital UNIX V4.0C from CDROM.
        Crash during boot process as follows:

        .
        psiop0 at pci0 slot 9
        siop_pci_initalize: Warning - Using unsupported 53c875 scsi chip
        Loading SIOP: script 40824200, reg 82069000m data 40844180
        SIOP 0:panic (cpu 0): LOCAL BUS FAULT
        .
        .
        .
        Any guesses?
        
        2) What is the best and/or proper method of switching from
        the ARC console to the SRM console?
