A grep question

I have a file who looks like the following:

DSQ_1
DSQ_2
DSQ_10
DSQ_11

I want to extract the line DSQ_1 only only that line.

If I use grep 'DSQ_1' I get

DSQ_1
DSQ_10
DSQ_11

How can can I use grep to only show DSQ_1.
