Many thanks to Glenn Newbery (glenn_at_bnd.com.au) (a fellow Aussie!!) for
his postscript input.
You will need to insert a line that says
statusdict /setpapertray known
{ statusdict begin 1 setpapertray end } if
This will set the paper tray to tray 1, usually the bottom tray consult
your
printer manual to confirm this. Tray 0 is the default printer tray.
We have added this postscript command into our preprocessing filter and
it now works fine.
