VMS HELP

Yes, VMS HELP.

Help files for various DEC products (e.g. Fortran) come in VMS help format. It
is a quite simple marked up text file format, and quite human-readable. On VMS
there is a simple, but nice, browser for this format, called VMS HELP. I have
verified that if you take this file over to a VMS system and put into a help
library you can read it with VMS HELP. Now, is there a VMS help for Unix?
(Incidentally, the built in help function in scu uses the same type of file).
