SUMMARY: SOFT ERROR!

Most of the replies were:

In general, you want to run the SWXCR GUI utility and verify that you
did indeed get a soft error. If you only get one once in a while, you
can probably safely ignore it, but if you get lots in a short period,
you should definitely replace the drive, because it's probably failing.
