What is the Maximum capacity of the TLZ06 tape drive?

Exactly what is the Maximum capacity of the TLZ06 tape drive?

>From various posts in the archives I found that the TLZ06 tape drive uses
ONLY 90M 4mm DAT cartridges whose capacity is 2.0GBs without compression.

There were references about the TLZ06 providing compression, to effectively
double the capacity to 4 .0GBs, but no further info regarding compression.

How do you enable compression on this device? I am running DU 4.0b and
would like to be able to dump a 4GB filesystem to one tape.
