Connecting two Alpha over PPP / serial cable.

Hello

I've got my server on the upstair and my ISP doesn't want to give me a
10Mb 10Base T direct connexion to Internet for the developpement server.

So i'd like to connect to this server through the serial port via PPP,
the speed should be something like a modem... (;-(

Is it possible ? How could i do that ? I've got DU 3.2g, Alphastation.
