Hello everyone. I am brand new to Digital Unix (more used to HPUX) so
     hopefully this question is not a stupid one.

     My manager has asked me to come up with a plan on how we'd restore the
     operating system if we lost the root disk. This is above and beyond
     using our normal backups.

     We have a digital alpha 4100 running DU 3.2. I was reading the
     "Digital Unix System Administration Guide" and came across a command
     btcreate which creates bootable tape that allows you to restore your
     root disk and file systems. I thought "Great! This is it". Then I
     noticed the system administration manual was for DU 4.0. We have no
     manuals for 3.2. Using man pages I haven't been able to locate
     anything similar to btcreate for DU 3.2. Does anyone know of a
     similar utility for DU 3.2? Thanks!
