Hello.
I'm getting an error sequence much like the following:
HW_MODEL: 000004F0 Hardware Model = 1264.
TIME STAMP AlphaServer 1000 4/266
********
HW_MODEL: 000004F0 Hardware Model = 1264.
MOUNT VOLUME AlphaServer 1000 4/266
UNIT _OMEDA1$MKA300:, VOLUME LABEL "OMEDA"
***********
HW_MODEL: 000004F0 Hardware Model = 1264.
DISMOUNT VOLUME AlphaServer 1000 4/266
UNIT _OMEDA1$MKA300:, VOLUME LABEL "OMEDA"
>From my understanding, the extended sense data error is expected when a
SCSI bus resets, but should I be getting these error messages daily?
I also get an occasional error on both tape drives and RAID disks. I've
had Digital connected to our system to look around, as well as another
maintenance company, but no one knows why we're getting these errors. Any
suggestions?
Thank you
Sharon Malis
