C2 security

Hi Managers,

Could you please help? I am trying to get information on C2
security/methodology and security principles. I believe that the "Orange"
and "Red" book are what I should be reading, including the "Security Manual
RFC1244.
Are there copies on the web I can get a summary from or could you point me
in the right direction.
