600MHz upgrade path for Alpha 4100

I am trying to find information on the new 600MHz cpu for the 4100,
specifically is it available and will it work with memory channel. I
have not found any information on web. I did call dec, but since there
is no spd on it no anwsers were avail. please advise. thanks
