Hello All,
I'd like to determine a method of monitoring for network failures in an UNIX
TruCluster/ASE environment running Oracle Parallel Server. The
configuration is as follows:
(2) ALPHA 4000s
DU 4.0B
TruCluster 1.4
Each system has two DE500, 10/100mb ethernet adapters
We are using virtual hub mode with a single memory channel card in each system.
I'd like to be able to have the cluster check for basic functionality of the
primary DE500 and perform some failover action to automatically allow users
access on the other adapter.
Any suggestions?
