rpc.rquotad in 4.0B

We recently upgraded our NFS servers to 4.0B with patchset 5 from
september. Since then we see problems with rpc.rquotad. Not that we need
it (we've disabled it from inetd.conf), but there seems to be a problem
anyway. When rpc.rquotad starts it runs continuously and consumes 25-30%
of total CPU capacity. Anyone having similar experiences ?
