I have DEC AXP 3000/300L with DEC OSF/1 V1.3A. Here are more details:

Firmware revision: 7.0
PALcode: OSF version 1.45
I have CD drive (Toshiba XM-5701) as rz1. Here is appropriate entry from
/var/adm/messages file:
rz1 at asc0 bus 0 target 1 lun 0 (TOSHIBA CD-ROM XM-5701TA 0167)
I would like to boot DIGITAL UNIX from CD with DU 4.0B to reinstall system.

Working in PROM I cannot boot DIGITAL UNIX from CD using commands like:

>> boot -fl 0,80 dka100
>> boot rz1
>> boot rz1a
>> boot rz1c
I get followng messages, the last one after about 10 minutes:
AUDIT_BOOT_STARTS ...
AUDIT_CHECKSUM_GOOD
AUDIT_LOAD_BEGINS
AUDIT_LOAD_DONE
can't open osf_boot
Any suggestions?
