Forkpty Problem

Hi all,

I'm getting the following error on a DEC ALPHA 2100, UNIX 3.2G system
with about 253 users on it.

Anyone seen this before ? and how do you fix it?

I've talked with DEC a couple of times, but no resolution as of yet.
