I've received several answers suggesting to create two queues with
rp=text and rp=raw but my printer is not a network printer but connected
to the parallel port of my Alpha.
This solution I didn't try:
> We have a program here called pstext, that will convert text into postscript.

The answer below solved my problem. But when I print from a PC I must
install the printer to not create
PCL code only Postscript:
