Thank you for Akihito 'ycos' Yakoshi solution.
The solution is "ifconfig tu0 up".
I noticed one file in /sbin/rc3.d had change tu0 to down when bootup.
Now the problem had been fixed. Thank you.
My original question :
I am configuring a 4100 alpha with two network interfaces. I find that
the tu0 is not working. The following is the result of my diagnosis :
