Unique Display Assistance Needed

Dear Managers,
I have a situation where I need to display messages in a control room
using a dedicated terminal port off of a terminal server in that room.
To get the display to appear on the terminal is esay enough. What my
problem is, though is the need for a bigger display than the screen
available from a 14" terminal monitor. We had thought of using a 27"
television to perform the actual display function and using a device
that can convert the ascii that comes from the terminal server to NTSC
on RF that the television can use. However, we keep knocking our heads
against finding a device that could perform such a conversion. My
question to this list is, does such a device exist? If it does, how can
we obtain one? If not is there some assembly of equipment that can be
knocked together to perform these function? In any case, any and all
suggestions, ideas and criticisms would be welcome. I need to have this
problem solved as soon as possible.
