[Q] DECnet proxy

        I'm trying to set up a DECnet proxy in Digital Unix 4.0B/DECnet
4.0B. In the phase IV days (which is still 99% of our network), a simple
entry in /etc/dnet_proxy did the trick. I found a command called
proxytoncl, which creates ncl commands based on the contents in
/etc/dnet_proxy, and I entered that into ncl. The entry is there, but it
has no effect. Does anyone know why this doesn't work, or how to set this
up?

Thanks,

More info:

My /etc/dnet_proxy:

ren::tom tom

The output of proxytoncl:

create Session Control Proxy tom
set Session Control Proxy tom -
        Target User = tom, -
        Source End Users = { -
            [ Node = LOCAL:.REN , End User = uic=[0,0]tom ] -
        }
