error in os_mibs

Hello!


We have a alpha 2100 with Digital Unix v4.0b and lastly we have seen the
next error with very much frecuency :
  os_mibs WARNING os_mibs.c line 562: k_initialize can't open kinfo,
   errno = 19

We have the last patches installed : duv40bas00005-19970926


Can anybody help you?
