We are installing DU 3.2G on Alpha 1000a 5/400. Installation went fine, however, the boot after install hangs.
It went as far as saying "System Ready", and prompted for login; it then switched to CDE (I think). The DEC Alpha wallpaper showed up, but there is no login box. Mouse and keyboard are frozen. Can anyone give me a clue? Thanks.
