Cslg licenses expire suddenly

Has anyone seen this before? I have a 4 user OSF-USR license
and was using a cslg OSF-USR license (that says it expires
in 1998) but suddenly I only can have 4 users log in at a time.
We got a temp license from dec finally (I was on vacation at the
time it decided to stop working...) ... but digital seemed at a lost
to what we were talking about.

So does anyone else who uses the cslg paks know what I should do?
I'm using DIGITAL UNIX 4.0

and this was the pak that was supposed to be active:
       Product Name: OSF-USR
               Producer: DEC
                 Issuer: DEC
   Authorization Number: B497-CAMPUSWIDE-1877
        Number of units: 0
                Version:
   Product Release Date:
   Key Termination Date: 30-JUL-1998
Availability Table Code:
    Activity Table Code: CONSTANT=100
            Key Options:
          Product Token:
            Hardware-Id:
         License status: active, multiple
      Cancellation Date:
        Revision Number: 0
                Comment:

now when I do a brief listing I see:

lmf list for osf-usr
Product Status Users: Total
Active

OSF-USR active unlimited
OSF-USR active, multiple unlimited
OSF-USR active, multiple unlimited
OSF-USR active, multiple unlimited

??? the first one is the newest that expires nov 10 1997.
the 2nd one and 4th one are the jul 1998
and the 3rd one is the UNIX-SERVER-IMPLICIT-USER one that I guess
came with the system.

could my ldb have gotten hosed? All that happened was a time change and
a reboot... (time was changed automatically by itself due to the daylight
savings thing.)

If anyone out there has a clue to what I need to do to get
this running til jul 98 again I'll be very grateful!
