SOLUTION: `dump' for v4.0b

Of course, I forgot to mention that I'm dumping to a remote tape drive via
stdout. Sorry about that. Anyway, the interim solution appears to be to
use the executable from v3.2c which appears to work just fine. I'm told by
an unimpeachable source that the problem is fixed for real on v4.0d.
