E_TOO_MANY_VIRTUAL_DISKS

Hello,

Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong here?

host# addvol /dev/rz6a other
addvol: error = E_TOO_MANY_VIRTUAL_DISKS (-1145)
addvol: Can't add volume '/dev/rz6a' to domain 'other'

I know the message means "The maximum number of volumes per domain has
been reached" however this domain 'other' only has one volume currently.

(I have ADVFS-UTILITIES, status active.)
