PMAGC-BA crashing 3000/400

Hi,

another question about graphics cards

after upgrading a DEC 3000/400 to DU 4.0b I get reproducible crashes
(start three netscapes and the world comes to an end)
The graphics card is a PMAGC-BA in a Turbochannel Extender Box

I tried:

installing Open3D v4.5
deleting all Open3D software sets
hooking the card up to a different machine (also 4.0b)


any more things I can try?
