Patches available on Digital Unix 4.0A

Hello managers,

Iam trying to install Sybase 11.5 on Digital unix 4.0A and they tell
me to install patch kit for 4.0A on the machine before the Sybase
server.
Where can i find information on what patch levels are available for
4.0A?
