I have updated the firmware for my AS2100 to revision 4.7.
Now my console sends an error "os_type: UNIX console CIPCA driver not
started."
I know that the firmware update included revision A310 of the CIPCA
driver.
3 questions:
1 - what is a CIPCA driver?
2- what problems will be caused by this driver not starting?
3 - Is it possible that this is why I can't get graphics mode on my
console?
SYSTEM SETUP:
firmware - rev 4.7
OS - 4.0B (new install)
graphics card - S3-TRIO
console set - graphics (at firmware level)
