Turning a station into a standalone one

Hi,

For some demo purpose, I will have to use for some limited time a DU4.0
station in an unusual place away from any network connection... Let's
pretend I've already got rid of NFS mounts, is there any simple way to
temporary turn the net off, including NIS, then to switch it on again?
