SUMMARY: Re: quota command problems: no quotas

Problem with quota command showing users as not having quotas set, yet showing root that quotas were set has been
resolved. The resolution lies in correcting permissions on .etc.fstab file, which I had set to 700, and which needed
to be set to 444.

The solution was provided by Robin Kundert -- and is as follows:
