elisp-manual-19-2.4.2 - makeinfo build problem.

Hi.

I'm trying to build elisp-manual-19-2.4.2. Here's what I get:



gcc -c -g -DMAKEINFO_MAJOR=1 -DMAKEINFO_MINOR=0 makeinfo.c
