vrestore

Hi everyone,

My question has to do with vrestore. Why is it when
I do a "vrestore -if /dev/nrmt0h", about 20mb of /tmp
disappears? There is no file that gets created there.
I stumbled upon this when I kept getting an "out of space"
error while trying to do a vrestore and I had only about
14mb of free space in /tmp. At the time I did not have
/tmp linked anywhere and / was filling up. I fixed the
problem by linking /tmp to /usr/tmp. I'm just confused
as to why 20mb disappears (apparently to nowhere) and
is returned once the restore is complete.

Thanks for any input.
