Possible pitfalls in DU 3.2c-> DU 4.0 upgrade?

Dear managers..
I'm wondering if there is anyone who's gone through an upgrade
recently from Digital Unix 3.2c to Digital Unix 4.0. Any potential
pitfalls that are avoidable?
