Seagate TapeStore 8000 DDR entry

We just installed a Seagate TapeStor 8000 (CTT8000 -- formerly a Conner
product), and it needs a DDR entry. We can find no specifications at all,
neither in the included documentation nor on Seagate's web site. Has
anyone successfully installed one of these, and if so, where did you get
the specs? Any pointers will be appreciated.
