NetScape Server on DU 4.0B not starting

Hello all,

I currently have a problem where Netscape Enterprise server will not start.

If I run ns-server/https-www.whatever.com/start , it just sits there. ie
it just hangs until I hit CTL-C. If it is a secure server, it does not even
get to asking for a password.

This also happened on an older DU 3.2D box. Often rebooting the box seemed
to clear the problem, but that is not really an acceptable solution.

If anyone has seen this before, or has any Ideas, they would be very much
appreciated.
