The problem is at the end of this message. The solution..
The simple fix was to check that the uid in /etc/passwd matches the
/tcb/files/auth/"user first letter"/"user" file. And that was it.
Although, just a bit off subject, for those of you (mainly
ISP's)thinking about getting the DEC900TM servers for dialup
access---DON'T. They work but not at the standards that other companies
are at. I had to turn off C2 becuase the DRAS doesn't work with C2.
Imagine that. Wasted a whole day with users complaining not being able
to log on, on top of the fact my own staff couldn't log on. There are
numerous quirks with them but too much to list here, if you'd like more
info let me know. I wish I had gotten a Protmaster...like everyone....
