Thanks to all who replied to my question regarding the OSF-BASE and
*implicit* OSF-USR license and what happens when a CSLG OSF-USR
license expires. The most straightforward solution was from Craig
C. Hopewell (chopewel_at_redwood.dn.hac.com) who wrote:
1. Remove current OSF-USR license with /usr/bin/lmf (lmf has a
"help" internal to it)
2. Run /sbin/it.d/bin/twouser to restore the root+2 user license
in OSF-BASE.
This did the trick, thanks a bunch! Thanks to the following for other
