TZ88 on NSR writing only 16 GB

Hi Managers,

We have a TL820 Jukebox with 3 drives TZ88 inside and using CompacTape
III media. This should be able to write 20/40 GB. The problem is that I
can't write more than 16 GB via NSR. Does anyone have any suggestion?
