Hi Managers,
We have upgraded our system from V3.2C DEC Unix to V4.0B. When we run up
one of our applications we get the following message:
Failed to enable speculative environment.
Running it through the debugger, it doesn't seem like our application has
started. Anybody seen this? We will be rebuilding our code on V4.0B to
see if it goes away, but any pointer is welcome.
