Two lpd queues to same physical printer

Hello, any lpd expert out there ?
I need to set up two lpd queues to the same physical printer - because
I want different form lengths (66 lines per page and 60 lines per page).

I could put a filter on one queue to do 60 lines per page and then
do an lpr to the other queue - but then I get daemon as the header
and the accounting is charged to daemon.

If I have two separate queues to the same physical printer will they
interfere with each other if both have a print job submitted at the
same time - e.g will the output on the printer consists of lines from
one job interspersed with lines from the other job ? it does not seem to
happen - but I have not sent really long jobs yet.
I have already found that you can't share the same spool directory !

Any ideas ?
