My originial question was how to give priviledges to other user and
as it turned out by the answers I didn't understand what group access
really meant.
The dominating hint was to the freeware 'sudo' which I will follow
now. But all the other remarks gave me a much better understanding.
(Because all of you know this issue I avoid to collect all detailed
mails here)
