Performance Tuning Guidelines ???

     HI Everyone:
     
     Is there a Performance tuning guide available for the Alpha Server
     8400 under DU 4.0.x?? I am looking for tuning hints for ORACLE and
     Parallel queries as well as to how to monitor the system performance
     to verify the improvements of the tuning.
