SUMM: Lack of WAN support on DU 4.0x

Thanks to Matt Thomas ( thomas_at_lkg.dec.com ), from the U*X networking
group. He says that there is no WAN support on DU4.0x ( it's under
test ). With that in mind, we have no other choice than to stay on
3.2G for some time ( weeks, months ?) else.
