Question: How to boot Alpha to

Hi managers,

        Is there a key (or group of keys) that can be held down at
boot time so that my Alpha 200 so that it will boot into console mode
(>>> prompt)? Otherwise, is it possible to bring the machine up into
console mode if that is not the default and issueing a "halt" is not
an option (don't ask... :-} )?
