CANT_BUILD_KERNEL: "Undefined: ace_regbase"

        OS= Digital Unix V4.0B

        Just received a dual rackmount Alphaserver 4000 4/500. The factory
        install software won't complet it's build. It exits with the following
        error...
        

        Undefined:
        ace_regbase

        [ANY-IDEAS?]
