This is off topic, but I thought I'd ask. We're putting together a
building that has to meet Federal standards for security. Part of this
requirement is the use of 'keyed' wall jacks for Ethernet connections.
These jacks (and boxes) use a physical key for activation. No key, no
connection. I'm wondering if anyone has run into these before and can
give me any info on them. Barring that, could someone point me to a
relevant news group or two. Thanks for bearing with my segue :)
