telnet problems

Hello!

We have installed the version 4.0B we have problems
with the command telnet if we execute it from the secure shell.
The error is: segmentation fault.
And if we execute it with the option -d (debug) then the daemon
telnetd to give the next errors:
 ttloop: read: Connection reset by peer
        or
 ttloop: read: Not a data message
