Result:
O3d 4.1 don't build on 4.0B either get some mods from DEC or get
OPEN3D 4.2. It is probably on the December CD and is available
from
http://www.digital.com is some catalogue which I don't rememer
right now:

As the SPD for Open3D v4.1 says:
