[Q?] Digitalborad connected Serial Printers

Dear DEC admin,

I have many serial printers connecting to Alpha2100 (DU3.2g) thru a digiboard, but they never work well. Most of time, the print-outs are either incomplete, or mess up some charactors. It will be appreciated if any one can help!
